St Joseph-Parent Support Group
The St Joseph Parent Support Group (PSG) was formed in December 1997 and it has been welcomed by the parent community with great enthusiasm. The members of the PSG will meet once in two months with the principal and the management and shall discuss key issues related to areas like academics, cultural programmes, transport, co and extracurricular activities and outings.
The presence and support of the PSG has further strengthened the bond between the parents and the school. The members of the PSG represent different classes in the school .They come from diverse backgrounds and possess varied skills, talents and life experiences providing constructive ideas, feedback during the meetings.
The PSG complements and enhances the strength of the students and the school by
- Obtaining feedback from the parents and presenting it concisely to the school.
- Disseminating information from the school to the parents.
- Assisting the school in organizing and coordinating major events.
- Forming various committees to help the school function better.
Parent Teacher Meet
The school organises Parent- Teacher meet on second Saturday of every alternate month to have better interaction with them and help mutually for betterment of their wards. Parents are requested to attend these meetings compulsorily with their wards.
